PRIVACY CONTACTS

Three ways to reach our privacy team

Privacy questions should reach the right team without bouncing through several desks. Use the contact route that matches your request, and include the email or mobile number linked to your account so…

Email request Send your privacy request through the support email listed on sataka.net. Mention whether you want access, correction, deletion or cookie help, and avoid sending payment PINs, passwords or full bank details.
Live chat handoff If you start in live chat, ask the agent to mark the case for privacy handling. We will move sensitive requests away from the chat window when identity checks or account changes are needed.
Security escalation If you think your account data, login or wallet record has been exposed, contact us at once. We can freeze sensitive changes, check recent sessions and tell you what details may be affected.
DATA CARE

Six controls behind this policy

Our Privacy Policy is tied to daily account operations, not a separate document that sits unused.

Account data

We collect sign-in details, contact fields, account status and basic verification records so you can access the lobby and wallet. We do not ask for app PINs for UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or Google Pay.

Cookie choices

Cookies help keep sessions active, remember language choice and spot unusual login behaviour. You can change browser cookie settings, though blocking some cookies may require repeated sign-ins during account use.

Wallet records

Payment data is limited to transaction markers, receipt references, status checks and account balance history. These records help us reconcile UPI, Paytm and PhonePe activity and respond to disputes or failed transfers.

Retention periods

We keep data only while it serves account operation, legal duties, dispute handling, fraud checks or tax and audit needs. After that, we delete it or convert it into data that cannot identify you.

Access controls

Privacy records are limited to staff and vendors who need them for support, security or payment checks. Access is logged, and sensitive account actions may require an added verification step.

Change requests

You can ask us to correct contact details, export account data or remove records where legal retention is not required. We will explain if a wallet or compliance record must remain for a period.

Privacy Policy answers before you join

Before you open an account, you should know what data is involved and how to ask for changes later. These answers explain the main rights and limits in plain language. For anything account-specific, contact support from the email or mobile number linked to your profile so we can verify the request.

We collect account details, contact fields, login signals, device data, wallet records, game-session history and support messages. Payment context may include UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or Google Pay references, but not your app PIN.

We use data to create and protect your account, process wallet activity, manage disputes, detect unusual access, answer support requests and meet legal duties. Access and eligibility depend on local law where applicable.

Yes. You can ask for a copy of personal data linked to your account. We may verify your identity first, then provide data we can lawfully share without exposing security checks or another person’s details.

You can request correction of contact details, spelling errors or outdated profile fields. Some wallet or verification records cannot simply be edited, so we may add a correction record instead of changing the original entry.

Cookies keep your session active, remember basic choices and help detect risky sign-ins. You can manage cookies through your browser, but some account functions may ask you to sign in again after changes.

We share only the data needed to process, verify or reconcile transactions through UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or Google Pay. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not ask for payment app passwords.

Send a deletion request through our support channel using the email or mobile number on your account. We will remove data where allowed, and explain any records we must keep for legal, security or dispute reasons.
